About the Team 

The Value Stream Acceleration Services team, part of the Engineering, Product, Innovation and Cloud (EPIC) organization, is responsible for serving a portfolio of value streams that feed into an enterprise SaaS product, with the goal of accelerating the delivery of value to customers. The team is composed of highly skilled practitioners who have expertise in their respective areas and work collaboratively to ensure that value streams are delivering maximum value. The team is committed to driving innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, and is focused on accelerating better outcomes for our people and our customers. 

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and delivering complex programs that drive strategic outcomes for the organization. Leveraging your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and servant leadership abilities, you will lead cross-functional teams in executing large-scale projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.

About the Role:

• Coordinate efforts to obtain and maintain FedRAMP certification for UKG's Workforce Management SaaS solution

• Work with UKG’s FedRAMP program team to understand requirements

• Work with technical teams to help prioritize efforts

• Drive technical team’s project plan, ensure integration with UKG’s overall FedRAMP Program Plan

• Provide regular status updates of technical development efforts

• Support coordination of technical teams during control assessments (internal and 3rd party)

• Support the collection of continuous monitoring deliverables to deliver to customers, as required

• Interface with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including internal teams, consultants, government agencies, and the FedRAMP PMO (Program Management Office)

• Manage and facilitate efforts related to FedRAMP certification as assigned by UKG’s FedRAMP program team

• Drive and Leverage cross-functional teams through strong communication and negotiation skills, effectively collaborating with stakeholders to for consensus and alignment on objectives, scope, and deliverables, and consistently advocating for the best interests of the organization while maintaining positive relationships

Qualifications

About You:

Basic Qualifications   

• 5 years experience working on federal cyber security projects

• Proven track record as a Technical Program Manager leading successful FedRAMP authorization efforts for cloud services

• Knowledge and experience in large, hybrid FedRAMP program management efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field  

• Knowledge and experience working with NIST 800-53 controls

• Knowledge and experience working with technical teams to build solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Preferred Qualifications  

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management with a focus on FedRAMP 

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 

• Experience with large-scale SaaS-based environments

• Experience with Aha!, JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI
